Product Description

Box filter press is widely used in cassava flour production lines. Broken cassava slurry is pumped into box filter press by screw pump to dehydrate. Dehydrated cassava flour cake reaches 40-45% in moisture, while low moisture reduces power consumption in drying section. That just makes it excellent equipment for dehydration.
Box filter press is also widely used in starch sugar processing industry, including decoloring and protein separation section. In one word, box filter press can be widely used in starch and starch further processing industry.

Working principle
The pulp after rasping was directly pumped into the filter press machine by screw pump. When pressing, its motor drives the reducer and the driving component drives the press plate to press the filter plates, so that the water inside the material is forced to pass through the filter medium to form filtration. The starch particles are trapped on the medium to form filter cakes, to meet the dehydration effect.

There are four steps to making garri
1.Cleaning:To remove the stone sand and from the raw material ,and peel it.
2.Crushing :To destroys the fiber structure and makes the starch particles free.
3.Separator:To removing sand ,mud from starch slurry, degreasing, microslag separation, protein separation, washing and concentration of all kinds of starch and modified starch emulsion.
4.Drying and Packing:To dehydrator the wet starch, sifter and packaged.
